IPL 2025 RR Best Playing 11 Revealed

Starting with openers, we should see a new opening combination in the form of Yashasvi Jaiswal and Sanju Samson. Ever since Rajasthan Royals decided to part ways with Jos Buttler, it looked pretty clear that they were looking at a new opening combination, and that is Yashasvi Jaiswal and Sanju Samson. The fact that these two are also the first-choice opening partners in T20Is for Team India, it adds to the cherry for Rajasthan Royals.

Coming to middle-order, we should see an all-Indian middle-order for Rajasthan Royals with Nitish Rana expected to play at 3, Riyan Parag at 4, and Dhruv Jurel at 5. While Dhruv and Riyan were already a part of the RR setup before, Nitish Rana is a quality addition to the side. However, he is technically replacing Jos Buttler, so he has big shoes to fill. But overall, this is a strong middle-order for Rajasthan Royals.

Coming to finishers, RR may face a big risk in this area. Shimron Hetmyer is the only designated finisher in the squad, who will bat at 6. But below 6, RR will have to rely on Wanindu Hasarana, and mostly Shubham Dubey as an impact player, if required.
