Shipping and Delivery Policy

CAL is an online software service. Nothing is shipped: everything you pay for is delivered digitally on cal.cricgasm.com.

The short version

There are no physical products, so there is no shipping and no shipping charge.
Access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.
You receive an email receipt for every payment.
If you paid but did not get access, we fix it or refund you in full.

1. What we deliver

Cricgasm Auction League (CAL) is a software platform operated by Cricgasm Technologies, a proprietorship of Adesh Kothari, 1701 Sapphire, Regency Tower, Kavesar, Thane West, Maharashtra 400615, India. When you pay, you buy access to online features on cal.cricgasm.com:

CAL local tournaments: activation of your tournament, which unlocks the Auction Console for that tournament.

We do not sell or ship any physical goods, and we do not collect a delivery address.

2. How and when it is delivered

Delivery method: access is added to your CAL account. You can use it by logging in at cal.cricgasm.com from any device with an internet connection.
Delivery time: access starts as soon as our payment gateway confirms your payment. This is usually immediate and normally within a few minutes.
Confirmation: we email a receipt with your payment reference to your registered email address. Your dashboard also shows the activated tournament.
Charges: there are no shipping, handling or delivery charges. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

3. Scheduled auctions

Each auction runs on the date and time shown for that league. Paying gives you access to the league and its auction straight away, and the live auction itself takes place at its scheduled time. If we have to reschedule an auction for technical reasons, we tell you by email or with a notice on the Site.

4. If you do not receive access

If your payment went through but you do not see your activated tournament within 30 minutes:

Log out, log back in and check your dashboard.
Check your email, including spam, for our receipt.
If access is still missing, contact us at support@cricgasm.com or on WhatsApp at +91 83699 79909 with your registered email and payment reference.

We reply within 2 business days. If we cannot give you the access you paid for, you get a full refund to your original payment method, as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
